Our Mission
Our firm is small and specialized. We don't want to change that. We counter the trend toward ever-larger firms with personal relationships. Close contact with our clients and a long-term, often decades-long, relationship are more important to us than growth.
Nevertheless, the Handelsblatt has included us every year in the list of “Germany’s Best Lawyers” for the field of IT law , which has been published jointly with the US publisher Best Lawyers since 2009.

We represent companies. We generally decline inquiries from private clients and recommend suitable law firms. In IT and data protection law, we advise companies on both the provider and user side. We value being personally available. No secretary will fob you off or put you off with more or less credible excuses.
Our primary means of communication are online meetings, telephone, and email. However, we are of course available for on-site appointments if needed. Our working languages are German and English.

We evaluate our clients' matters not only through a legal lens but also with a focus on commercial considerations. In many cases, we are able to resolve disputes through out-of-court settlements. We only recommend litigation when no economically sensible resolution can be achieved through negotiation.
Our Limits
When we reach our professional limits, we make that clear. Instead of trying to secure a mandate at any price, we prefer to establish contact with established partners who have the necessary knowledge and relevant experience.
