2. Hosting
Our website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., Nemal St. 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel ("Wix"). When you visit our website, Wix automatically collects data that is technically necessary to display the website and ensure stability and security (e.g., IP address, time of access, browser information).
Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in a reliable and secure presentation of our website.
For more information, see Wix’s privacy policy:
https://de.wix.com/about/privacy
3. No collection of personal data
Our website does not offer any direct contact options (e.g., via contact forms). Personal data is not processed beyond the website. Contact is only possible via email or telephone.
4. Cookies & local storage
Our website uses only technically necessary cookies and, where applicable, local storage technologies (e.g., to save your language selection). These serve to ensure the error-free provision of the website.
The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in technically error-free presentation).
There is no tracking.
svSession (Essential Session Cookie)
On this website the cookie known as svSession is set. This cookie is required by the hosting provider wix.com for the basic technical operation of the website and therefore cannot be deactivated through the cookie settings provided.
Although svSession is technically created and may appear in the user’s browser, our system implements a dedicated deletion routine: a special code automatically and repeatedly removes the svSession cookie during use. As a result, the cookie does not remain stored on the user’s device beyond the limited technical necessity and is continuously cleared by us.
The presence of svSession therefore exists only on a temporary and purely technical basis, without being retained for long-term storage. Its sole function is to enable the immediate operation of the website.
5. No third-party content or analysis tools
We do not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media plugins, embedded videos, or fonts from external servers such as Google Fonts. Map services such as Google Maps are also not integrated.
6. Your rights
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to:
-
Information in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR,
-
Correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR,
-
Deletion according to Art. 17 GDPR,
-
Restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR,
-
Objection pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR,
-
Data portability in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR.
Please contact one of the responsible persons named above.
7. Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is unlawful.
The responsible body is, for example,
the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg
or the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Rhineland-Palatinate, depending on the office location.
