our IT practice, our corporate clients are both providers and users of
information technology. Our factoring and general business law clients
are mostly banks, insurance carriers, factoring companies and central
regulation agents. |

offices in Heidelberg and Mainz, our firm provides legal services
throughout Germany. Our principal means of client communication on
current matters is by e-mail and telephone. If the need arises, we are
naturally happy to meet with our clients directly at their place of
